“Chambre spacieuse pour 4 personnes avec un grand lit et un canapé convertible pas très confortable pour dormir. Chambre plutôt calme. Hôtel à 10mn à pied du centre de la ville. Parking souterrain disponible ainsi que quelques places à l’extérieur. Petit déjeuner à commander à l’avance, et du coup assez minimaliste… 3 croissant, dh jus d’orange et une boisson chaude… pas de confiture, de pain ou de yaourt. Personnel gentil et serviable.”

“Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique.”

“I would not rate our room as a 3 star experience. The room was clean, but the door of the fridge cupboard was broken, and the bathroom ventilator was not working, so water in the bathroom did not clear quickly. The shower was a wet-room, so everything in the bathroom got wet when you had a shower. The hotel needs to have a proper system of drying the bathroom after taking a shower. The cleaners were very nice and polite, but they couldn't understand the problems very well. Also, was it really……

“Sin lugar a dudas uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado nunca. El edificio es precioso en una casa del renacimiento búlgaro. Decorado con mucho gusto. Habitación súper amplia con un montón de detalles, agua, botellita de vino tinto, blanco. Recibimiento con copa de vino. El spa expectacular y qué decir del desayuno, delicioso. No es bufet pero nos ofrecieron 5 tipos diferentes de desayuno completisimos, que nos dejaron elegir tantos como quisiéramos, pero con uno tuvimos suficiente. El……
